With over thirty-six (36) years of commercial real estate experience, John J. Connolly, President of CPI Capital brings a wealth of market knowledge to his clients in the areas of Sales, Development, Appraisal, Leasing and Property Management. He has specialized in the Victor Valley market for over 34 year and since 1985 has concentrated his efforts working exclusively on commercial, industrial and professional properties. In the early 1990's Mr. Connolly supervised and marketed a multi-million dollar probated estate and in 1996 joined CPI Building Management & Leasing Co., Inc. In 1998 CPI Capital was formed by John and his partner Earl Handy.

Sharon has been a realtor since 1987 specializing in residential sales. She also has certifications with several large Relocation companies and works with asset management companies who service REO homes.She has been an associate with C-21 Emery, Prudential California Realty, and with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.She has knowledge of LA,Riverside,San Bernadino and Orange counties.She belongs to multiple boards for greater access and marketing for our clients.

Charles Nunley has been involved with real estate sales and financing for over twenty-five (25) years. He has been providing his clients with quality service for their commercial transactions for the past six (6) years and most recently as a Associate Broker with CPI Capital (KWC-CPI Capital). His educational background is in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. In addition to representing his clients with their sales and acquisition needs, Charles works to arrange financing for his clients. With his finance background and experience in commercial financial analysis he is able to provide an added value of service to his clients.
